UPDATE: App needs to do more
When the WiFi is up but the internet is down the app does not display any information about the modem. You should be able to see what devices connected and the status of the internet connection.
App is too simplistic. Logs should be freely accessible. Some level of security should be freely available.

Does not work
It doesn’t work. I constantly get “there is a delay, please try again” I can’t access anything or even set a password for the internet. It’s frustrating and they need to either fix it or make it accessible somewhere else.
Seems ok
Just a couple bugs. Words before date are not english even though everything is set to english. I think it means bandwidth then date.
Speed test seems to use ookla and looks like its not testing speed from my home but from their location up north.
Could be a ittle smoother but not bad.

Internet is great - app is not
I love our Cumberland Connect internet! But the app is terrible. I don’t write reviews, but there have been so many times I need to use my parental controls to pause the internet and the app just spins and shuts down or tells me it’s unavailable. There is no notice of upcoming app updates. And recently the app got a whole update that wiped out all of my parental control settings and I’m not even sure how long they were nonexistent before I realized my kids had free rein.

Garbage
Always says can’t connect at this time tells me to call customer support well customer support can’t fix it or won’t because I’ve had to call multiple times and it’s still not fixed.
