UPDATE: App needs to do more
When the WiFi is up but the internet is down the app does not display any information about the modem. You should be able to see what devices connected and the status of the internet connection.
App is too simplistic. Logs should be freely accessible. Some level of security should be freely available.

Does not work
It doesn’t work. I constantly get “there is a delay, please try again” I can’t access anything or even set a password for the internet. It’s frustrating and they need to either fix it or make it accessible somewhere else.
Seems ok
Just a couple bugs. Words before date are not english even though everything is set to english. I think it means bandwidth then date.
Speed test seems to use ookla and looks like its not testing speed from my home but from their location up north.
Could be a ittle smoother but not bad.

Internet is great - app is not
I love our Cumberland Connect internet! But the app is terrible. I don’t write reviews, but there have been so many times I need to use my parental controls to pause the internet and the app just spins and shuts down or tells me it’s unavailable. There is no notice of upcoming app updates. And recently the app got a whole update that wiped out all of my parental control settings and I’m not even sure how long they were nonexistent before I realized my kids had free rein.

Always says can’t connect at this time tells me to call customer support well customer support can’t fix it or won’t because I’ve had to call multiple times and it’s still not fixed.

Can not register and launch the ap either auto or manual due to setup by the installing technician. On line resolution has not worked. Recommend actions I am not capable of performing. Currently 4 months from installation.

Horrible App
This is the worst app I’ve ever seen of its kind. It was does not allow you to shut off devices. It doesn’t show you the Internet usage it just shows all blank.

Update
The update doesn’t allow you to access all devices, only devices which are currently connected. I turned access off to my sons tv before the update and now there’s no way to turn on access. When I try to create a profile and add his tv it tells you where to go to unblock it, but it doesn’t exist.
Not functioning
I can’t set time limits for my kids very frustrating. I made profiles for my kids and constantly have to redo them because they are not saving overnight. They save for another 2 hours then disappear.
I do not like this update
I really liked the previous version, the update that happened yesterday messed up the time limits that I have for my son. The parental controls do not work, and there is no way to access them to change it. Now you physically have to pause the “people” profile instead of it automatically butting on and off at set times. Very disappointed.
