While this app works well on a laptop, it is not helpful at all when being used by an iPad, as it does not allow me to use all of its features. It gets stuck while loading. As a result, this renders the app unhelpful for iPad use.

Freezes constantly

WOn’t upload
When I open the app from my screen, it tells me update. I when I try to update it sends me back to the notice to update the app. Total circular - no access!
Does not like iPads
Takes you on a loop the you down load app, then you need to update, then it takes you to download the app and the … circles back forever! Doesn’t look like it got a good Beta test!
Extremely annoying
90% of the time I can’t get pass the log in credentials!! It’s ridiculous. Once I’m pass that, the program works fine but I’m so mad I just want to change accounting firms!! Not a way to have happy clients. This is taking four times as long with me waiting for the program to reset!!!
Remember device doesn’t work
Logging into this app takes forever, it doesn’t use Face ID so you have to type your pw in every time AND solve a Captcha AND get a text message.
Can’t get back in
Same experience as others. When I went to find other docs to scan in it logged me out automatically for inactivity. When I tried to log back in, only the “Welcome Please select service to continue” screen appeared but nothing else. There was nothing to select!
Doesn’t work
Like others have said. - it doesn’t work at all. Can’t get anything to load. And now it’s tax season and my advisors want us to use this. They’ve had since September to fix this - and it still doesn’t work. I’ve read the other reviews. Get your act together! Are you charging my financial firm for this?

I click on ‘open’ and I get a blank white page.
Unusable
I get a blank page with just “Welcome Please select a service to continue:” but nothing else. Nothing to select. So I can’t get to any other screen. I can’t logout. Nothing
Extremely frustrating
This is an extremely frustrating app!! When it works, it’s great, but 80% of the time I get a screen that says loading after I’ve taken quite a bit of time to login. The loading screen will last indefinitely. So I have to close the app re-login again, and hope that it will actually let me use the app. Also, when you check the box that says remember me for 30 days, it never remembers you. Great functionality once you can actually get logged in, but I spend more time trying to just log into the app then I do actually being able to use it.

Limited functionality
The app has limited functionality, cannot access your Document Library. The inability to access your Document Library from an IPad makes the app completely unusable. The company’s website forces you to use their app when trying to login from an IPad.

After going through three agonizing tax seasons with this I have said to our tax prep team, quoting Roberto Duran ‘no más’.
