App needs update

The CCiTV app no longer opens on my iPhone 13 and my iPad. I wanted to watch some shows I recorded while traveling. It was working then halfway through my trip the n the app no longer opens, just the blue opening screen. I tried using it back home and it still does not open.
Someone needs to read the band reviews and fix the app.
If I could I would give it no stars.

Not so great

This app started out pretty good and now I hat to force stop it all the time, keeps coming up saying something went wrong, buffering, etc! Thank goodness it’s free for 3 months! Once that’s over I’ll go back to Hulu. I don’t know if it’s the Amazon Fire Stick that I had to use on my Roku TV because they don’t have a Roku app.

Don’t bother

This app doesn't do what it is supposed to. Tried to watch tv away from home on this app which is supposed to allow me to do so and it wouldn’t allow it. Kept getting an error message that I need to be at home to use the app. WHAT? Tied calling CCI tech support but they can’t help because it is an app issue. Got home and tried it, sure enough it works at home. So stupid, why would I use it at home? I’d give this app zero stars if I could.
