Hit and miss
If you ordered DeAnna‘s study guide book, then you have the majority of the questions that this app has with the rationales. The app is good for studying on the go if you do not have the book with you. The app has many grammatical errors, which I can look past and the quiz feature does not work.
Doesn’t work
If I could give it a 0 I would. It was fine when you do the first few questions for free but when you PAY for it it doesn’t work. I even tried to do it again thinking maybe it was just a glitch but when I try and pay it tells me it will start AFTER my current subscription ends in May. There is no way to contact anyone to get help and 10/10 would NOT Recommend.

Do not buy!!!!!
The app is very glichy. Initially it worked great but when I paid for the subscription it completely stopped functioning. I attempted to send an email for help. But the app does not allow for that. Do not buy there are other apps that function!

After completing the test and passing. I can honestly say that this was the least helpful app. I would strongly encourage anybody who is taking the CCM to save their money and go with the app associated with the actual company that gives the exam. They have a lot of resources on the website when you register for the exam. The questions that this app asks are not even close to what the questions look like in the exam. And I actually think confused me when I was taking the exam because I still had some of the thought process and reasoning for those stupid questions.
To be clear, I complained about this a long time ago and never got any response until I posted a review. If you want pass, don’t go with this app.

Waste of time
I started a quiz, can’t get back into it to finish? Started to study, it said I needed to pay $12.99.
App is great- but
Cancellations are difficult, cant find the cancelation option

Thank you for your kind comments, cancellations for apps purchased from Apple can be done in your iTunes account. Apple sells our resources but we do not have access to their sales data.
AMAZING
I really like this app. I love that the rationale to the answer is posted. I also like that it tracks progress and how you are doing. You can also set a daily reminder to study and how many questions you want daily. I do not focus well when reading and truly depend on applications such as this when preparing for testing.

Decent app
I used this app to help me study for the ccm exam. The questions are formatted well, but I think the rationales could use some improvement. Many times I had to look up the rationales because there wasn’t a clear rationale. I don’t believe these questions mimic the ones on the exam, but they were still helpful in learning and memorizing the information. I passed my exam thanks to the help of this exam so I give it 4 stars.

Update my app works
I want to update my previous review, my app is working fine I had a misunderstanding. The videos and resources still refer to the NCLEX exam, but the questions are CCM. So far I’m pleased with the app.
App is crashing
App keeps crashing and I am unable to use it despite paying for it.
Not the best
The questions were good and I liked the way the app was set up to study however didn’t think that the questions were a good reflection of the actual test.

If you are preparing for CCM Certification exam like me :-) then this app is going to be useful! It has only questions to practice.
The app gives control to me for how many questions I should select to practice, allows me to set the time too. Also let me know in which area I did good and in which area not so good. It even tracks if I attempted answering a question multiple time or not.
So far I am happy with my purchase! Only a request to Skyscape, rather to its author, Deanna - at present there are only 300+ questions. If you can add more it would be helpful.

Excellent for CCM certification!
I bought Skyscape’s Certified Case Manager Exam for my exam. And now Deanna has come up with this Q&A app. Skyscape and Deanna, thank you, thank you, and thank you for making more questions (than what is in other app) for practicing. It has more than 300 questions to practice! I highly recommend this app!
