Feeder waste of money as app doesn’t load
I was bought 3 of these for when I moved but as you cant get the app on the phone the feeders are able to use in way intending. Just glorified push button feed dispensing a measure amount of food.

Worst app I’ve ever used
Simply doesn’t work anywhere, tried different phones, tablets and PC, nothing works. No support whatsoever. Can’t login for months now. Can’t program the autofeeder anymore. Most useless Chinese crap I’ve ever seen. Even when it worked, a year ago, most of the app functions weren’t translated or didn’t actually do what was supposed to do.

No updates done on app for years. Am unable to log into app.

Unreliable. It won’t sync, it disconnects, it’s not easy to set up.
Doesn’t work at all.
This is a big investment. Now you CAN’T LOGIN to the app at all, therefore you can’t change the feeding schedule. It is CONTINUOUSLY FEEDING which is not helpful. Since you can’t login you can’t access the camera or any other thing. I did not get any response from any technical support after contacting them. This was amazing in the beginning now it is heartbreaking that it doesn’t work anymore. So sad.
