Worked once then stopped

Just as it says. Worked once then stopped. Tried registering again and with a new email and kept getting error โ€œ404โ€

Tried going to get new password and every time it said the link didnโ€™t work...

Cannot connect after install

The app will not recognize the device after adding it. If I try to see anything from the camera, the device is always busy. When I enter my email address in the options, the app crashes. Getting ready to return the camera and delete the app.
