Worked once then stopped

Just as it says. Worked once then stopped. Tried registering again and with a new email and kept getting error “404”

Tried going to get new password and every time it said the link didn’t work...

Cannot connect after install

The app will not recognize the device after adding it. If I try to see anything from the camera, the device is always busy. When I enter my email address in the options, the app crashes. Getting ready to return the camera and delete the app.
