Your recent update with the new mochasippi remix options has removed the original flavors. You can now only choose from the new flavors.

The app is ok. Not glitchy, no major issues ever had.
However I really wish you had an option to add in purchases made. Put in the receipt # to still get points.
Every time I whip out my phone to scan simply for the sake of points, the employees don’t say anything negative. I can just tell they’re not thrilled to have to do it. They’ve always got a card reader in hand at the window, have to pick up the scanner in order to scan the phone.
If processes could be simplified, or a way to obtain a physical card to hand them. Idk. I hate the feeling that it’s an inconvenience to scan it all.
They give receipt’s, so why not allow the customer to add it in later like most chain places do. Then they won’t have to be inconvenienced with picking up the scanner and I won’t feel like I’m the only person around who decided to use the app for points. It’s the vibe given anyways.
1/2 the time I don’t collect on points because of it.

CC’s never disappoints!
I visit CC’s 3-4 times a week. The staff are always super friendly, my beverage is always hot and great tasting! They never disappoint at the location on North Acadia in Thibodaux! I highly recommend a macchiato with french vanilla flavor!!

The new app update is great and simple to use. I use it every time I go and scan for points when I don’t order ahead.

Crashing app
This app has always given me issues. It glitches and then x’s out & no matter how many times I reinstall, it still acts wonky. I can’t even use my rewards without a hassle due to this app
Tipping
The only thing I would do is add tipping ability to the app!

Horrible customer service
I have been trying now for 2 months to get my app and account back. I went in to CC’s and was told my account was shutdown. Now no one will return my messages about why or how I can get my account back. Very frustrated.

App can be a bit buggy sometimes. I also can never redeem my free pastries for some reason. I’m not really sure why it prevents me from doing so, but it’s been an issue that I’ve consistently had since I first started using the app.

Location OLOL is awesome. Always friendly and helpful. The store manager knows you by name and speaks when you are met even outside of the store.
Great App for Coffee Lovers!
Since CC’s finally jumped onboard with the APP orders & ordering ahead, I could not be happier! Until this was an option, I would typically avoid CC’s due to the wait times & lunch break being quick so I would never have the time to stop & wait. Now with order ahead, I’m in and out in 3-4 minutes. Love that it keeps up with your points & annual visits. Also has double star days! Keep it up CC’s! You have a user for life if so! ☕️❤️
