New design is egregious
The way the app looks now makes it less accessible than ever. Between the credit cards being a drop down menu rather than plainly visible information, the pending vs posted charges being changed from a yellow banner to small gray text, and the actual vs available balances being the same font overall it feels as though you now have to spend twice as much time on the app to discern any kind of information. Even minor changes like removing the logout button from the top banner (which was an older update) shows a change in design philosophy from convenience to wanting people to spend as much time on the app as possible and isn’t it coincidental how that change coincides with adding more ads to the app? The previous layout was fine the one before was better. The current one makes me want to find a new bank.

Keep it simple
Please go back to the previous account list display. It was simple and efficient. Now it has the top layer of bloat that takes up 1/4 of the screen. It was great when it was only account info and no big header in the way.
Fully functional
I like the CCU app. Although CCU is my main bank, I have accounts at another credit union and at Bank of America. The CCU app has the most functionality built in. The other credit union I use has multiple apps to provide additional functionality. No apps are perfect but this one works for me. I can send money out using Zelle, or transfer to other members instantly(my kids).

I have been with Community Credit Union since the late 90’s … even though I relocated back to North Florida in 2015 (I think lol) I have continued enjoying the amazing service and personal attention this Credit Union provides it’s customers.. This is absolutely the best financial institution I have ever used … and I’m 75 years old! Thank you all at CCU Florida for the expert, professional, yet personal service you provide!

App is unpredictable
Recent Debits and credits disappear at around 11 PM and don’t show up again until the next morning after 6 AM. Very frustrating.
Inability to deposit checks on 1phone 14pro
I’m no longer able to deposit checks with my phone. I have to use the android version on another phone that’s not activated to make deposits

The application is very slow at updating my account and that isn’t useful at all

It’s ok but needs some improvement in my opinion. Coming from using Wells Fargo app to using this was a huge difference and somewhat of a letdown. Doing mobile deposit is a pain in the butt… almost makes makes me wish I had just stayed with Wells Fargo. But this app serves the purpose and gets done what needs be done. I guess…It seems like it’s behind the times.

Very efficient App!
This app lets me do whatever I need to do to manage my account. If there’s something I don’t know how to do, or it’s something you can’t do on the app, I send a secure message and it gets taken care of. I travel a lot and this app makes things very convenient.
Pretty Good
Does everything I need it to do. When not on line with my computer it keeps me up to date and makes a check deposit a piece of cake 🎂. 24/7 access.
Payment calendar method
The application with an iPhone will only display a wheel calendar for displaying calendar payment date. I prefer a monthly calendar from which select the payment date. Updated: I contacted community credit Union, which also appears to be the bill pay application developer, about my concern they indicated there was nothing they could do and suggested I change phones. I responded In past 5 years I have used bill pay in 3 different CUs using their mobile application and an Apple phone with no problems, etc…. I am not a programmer but it appears to me it would only take a couple lines of code to fix. Their problem reporting system is terrible. They said their is nothing they could or wanted to do and ended the ticket without asking me if I was satisfied. I really like the Credit Union and their people but they need to keep their systems updated and listen to the members (owners). I had a similar thing happened at Sears a number of years ago before I quit using them.
