CDM Manager is designed to help the user comply with the Construction Design Management Regulations.
Who would benefit from this app? Well, this is anyone who completing small or minor construction works such as; contractors, employees or handypersons.
The app allows the user to complete a simple construction phase plan (site specific risk assessment) for minor works; minor works not being HSE F10 notifiable, or multiple trades on the task.
Carrying out a construction phase plan, allows the user to identify what hazards are present on that specific task, and what (if any) additional control measures they may require to complete the task safely.
Once the construction phase plan is completed, and you click send, a PDF report will automatically email to one or multiple email addresses you can add in your app profile, you can even add your own company logo to the reports!
