New app removes functionality
The new app update removes functionality. Now I can’t turn my heating on and off as I please instead I have to set a schedule. I don’t typically want or need schedules but now you’re making me work very hard to manage my heating which means the app isn’t useful anymore.
I also can’t add a second thermostat. Overall pretty poor experience.

Awful update with terrible UI/UX
Unnecessary app update that now makes it impossible to turn off thermostats, without setting the temperature ridiculously low or activating “summer mode”.
To even access the thermostat, you need to click through 3 or 4 screens to get to the page that doesn’t work. There are also several buttons/links that don’t seem to do anything e.g. on thermostat link “tap for more details” takes you to the same screen - why does this link even exist.
The app makes it incredibly difficult to use our smart home appliances and I wish they would revert the pointless design updates. Terrible user experience that I have no choice but to engage with.

New app
Amazing new app big improvement.
Strange
I have spent over an hour trying to add a device, there’s no option to add one even though all the videos say so. They could ask to tap + and there will be no +. Anything this hard to set up is a waste, and I am more tech savvy than most people.
Easy to use & responsive
Loads up easily on my iPhone and once you’ve set up your account it responds straight away. Easy enough to navigate through the app and no problems setting up or using it.
