Disrespectful
I request the company to immediately investigate with their support staff, called Kathleen.
The application process with Kathleen was completely unsatisfying and lacked respect.
She questioned every document I provided and always asked for more proof and unnecessary things.
I sent my employee statement document but she didn’t believe me and demanded a message from my work email. She basically called me a liar!
After I did, she asked to provide more details from HR and didn’t want to believe anything I told her!!
Furthermore, I provided her with a reference document from my current accommodation company but they rejected it and demanded a signed copy. It was as if I had fabricated the document!!
I got the impression she didn’t trust me at all.
I advised the company to have well trained staff.
STAY AWAY.

Often doesn’t work and frequently prevents editing when changes are needed. So makes things harder than they need to be and very impersonal.
Quality
Really easy to apply and very easy to communicate with staff. Open to all questions customers have . Very polite and not rushed . I have enjoyed my experience with Rent profile and highly recommend

Disappointing
Good morning everyone, the first time I dropped a review I thought something was going to change , our files were assigned to Abby, now for everyone I call customer service they tell me she’s dealing with dolls who are moving in this week???? And I’m confused because huh? For the past days all our emails have been ignored, I will attach all my emails for the past week that’s been ignored, now as a client who has lived in my current house for 3 years , when I was moving I had the quickest referencing process with 0 stress , this process has stressed and drained me, very unhelpful customer service , I saw the horrible reviews and for some reason thought we’d be different but no we’re not, my move in date is in a few days, and the igniting is upsetting because we know she can see the emails , honestly I’m genuinely disappointed that any tenant should have to ever go through this and it’s heartbreaking that tenants aren’t treated as priority in this company , if you can use another reference agent please do like others have said, thank you

Stuck in an update loop
Was working fine. Recently installed latest update but it keeps looping me back to the AppStore page. I uninstalled and reinstalled and it’s still the same « update page »
