Bug
Every time I open up the app there is a pop up message that says “Test message 123.” It also keeps coming back even after I hit Ok. This makes the app really annoying to use.

This is one of the best bike renting apps I've used.
Couldn’t reserve a bike
Just kept showing map & avail bikes, no option to reserve them.
Awesome customer service
I sent in a message that I was having trouble registering as a student member and got a phone call back telling me that it was resolved. I've never experienced that before and I was really impressed. The app is also easy to use and comes in handy often!
Easy to use
This app is very user-friendly and intuitive. It's clear to see what bikes are available, and shows a distinct purple boundary on the map so you know when you're out of the hub area. I also appreciate that it gives a recap of previous rides I've taken and can link to the health data app on my phone.
