About

CDRoster brings your ecclesia's duty roster to your iPhone and iPad. See your upcoming duties at a glance, request a swap when you can't serve, or volunteer to fill an open role. Browse the full schedule in a month calendar, look up members in the directory, and keep up with ecclesial news, announcements and surveys. Add a home-screen widget for your next duty, or subscribe to your duties from your own calendar app. FOR EVERY MEMBER • Your upcoming duties, with swap requests and open roles you can volunteer for • A colour-coded month calendar of meetings, marked on the days you're rostered • Announcements with photos, attachments and in-app surveys • The ecclesia directory and shared documents • Your profile: availability, role preferences, household, qualifications, Sunday School classes and notification settings FOR COORDINATORS AND ADMINISTRATORS • Run and publish rosters, assign or reassign duties, and open slots to volunteers • Compose announcements with photos, attachments and member surveys • Sunday School years, classes, teachers, enrolments and attendance • Congregational attendance and child-safety (WWCC) credentials • Member administration, ecclesia settings and spreadsheet exports These tools appear only for members who hold the role — a member sees none of them. DESIGNED FOR IPAD On iPad, Calendar, Members and Manage use a two-column layout, so the list and the detail sit side by side. Home becomes a dashboard, forms and articles keep a comfortable reading width, and an extra-large home-screen widget shows your next duty plus what's coming up. Hardware keyboard shortcuts, all four orientations, Split View and Slide Over are supported. CDRoster works with your ecclesia's existing CDRoster account — you'll need an invitation or login from your ecclesia to sign in. There is no public sign-up and nothing to buy in the app.

1.3.1

September 26, 2026

Version 1.3.1 More ways to build, share and review duty forms. For everyone: • "Add another…" sections: a form can now repeat a set of questions. Add each child, helper or item in one submission. • Forms for a group you're part of: as well as forms attached to a duty, you may be asked to complete a form because you hold a qualification or you're a Sunday School parent. Find these under Profile → My forms → "Other forms". • One per household: some forms (like a Sunday School registration) are completed once for your whole household. Any adult can fill it in, and it's saved for the family. • Helpful links in a form: a section can show a note with a website link, or link to a shared document you can open right in the app. For coordinators and administrators: • Assign a form to an audience, everyone holding a qualification (or Sunday School parents), from the new "Audience" section in the form editor, not just to a duty. • "One per household" collect mode for family forms, and you can change how a form is collected even after responses exist (existing responses are kept as-is for review). • Edit a form's questions after responses have come in: the form keeps a version history, so past responses stay tied to the questions they answered. • Response Summary: a per-question breakdown of the answers. Choice tallies, yes/no counts and how many answered, broken down by form version. • Link a shared document to a form section, and add body text with tappable links. • Save any single response as a PDF, and turn on a public link so non-members (e.g. parents) can submit a form once without signing in. • Bulk willingness: export every member's role preferences to a spreadsheet, edit it, and (on iPad) re-import to set who's willing for which role and how often. Ideal for onboarding. Plus refinements and fixes throughout.
