SatNav app links

Not used in anger yet so reserving judgement but initial thoughts are this is just a cosmetic update rather than a much needed functionality improvement. A link option to other SatNav apps would be a huge step forward rather than defaulting to AppleMaps. There appears to be no option to make your chosen and preferred SatNav the app default.

Assistance please

I work as a chauffeur for an Edinburgh company and the app is now very buggy. I accept jobs and they reset themselves back to initial status. Also I got en route and after a few minutes this also resets. I’ve deleted and reinstalled a few times with no success.
I’m using an iPhone 14 pro max incidentally.
Can you offer any advice or support 🙏
