Disappointed
App needs work, serious work ! Hard keeping track of anything, and terminals are going missing at random times. 0/10 wouldn’t recommend.
Terrible
It crashes after looking at it for just a few moments or as soon as it logs in. The website isn’t much better.
Impossible to login
This app is in desperate need of support. First problem is that it doesn’t interact with any password programs (iPhone or LastPass). It also does not allow you to paste your password, which means that if you want to login and you have a lengthy password with a lot of letters and characters, it will take you a long time. If you try to paste something, it will ask you if you want to allow paste in the app and even if you say yes, it still does not allow it. It’s basically worthless. On no app or service anywhere am I entering 20 digit passwords by memory.

For the amount of fees we pay please update this app
Your app is terrible, lags, won’t remember passwords, glitches, no one answers the phone number. My kid who’s 17 could design a more functional app!!!!
Update! At least Face ID
This app does its job, but just barely. Super outdated, no Face ID, buggy… guys seriously this is a financial application that we are locked into using as your customers, not an iPhone game. Please update, to be able to use Face ID at the very minimum.

2024 - Every Problem listed years ago in Reviews still doesn’t work.
It’s insane to me the “Remember Me” feature doesn’t work for a company processing millions of dollars. The interface is horrible and it’s extremely discouraging to see reviews from 5 years ago listing the same issues. We will most likely be switching processors for our future machines.

Been using for years and it’s never been updated. No Face ID login capabilities and the app itself is soooo outdated

Constantly freezes, locking you out of accessing. Closing the app and restarting does nothing. App crashes, remember me login function doesn’t work. Give me a break man

The worst app in ATM existence
Nothing works the way it should. At all. It doesn’t remember anything. I’m assuming it was built with Microsoft 95 and they lost the code to modify it again.

This app is outdated and don’t do its job. It’s the worst app in the App Store and need to be removed from the App Store immediately.
Keep Crashing
It doesn’t remember user ID or password. Now its keep crashing
