Password issue
While trying to set up the account after entering the password, it’s asking me to enter a valid password even after entering matching passwords it’s telling me that it’s not a valid password
OTP overload and Login issues
This application is extremely frustrating to use. It keeps showing a message that my user ID is “temporarily locked,” but doesn’t mention for how long. There is no clarity or proper explanation.
Then it says I can reset my password. I go through the entire reset process successfully, receive confirmation that the password has been changed, and I’m told I can now log in with the new password. But when I try to log in again, it still says “temporarily locked.”
On top of that, every time I try to log in, it asks for two separate OTPs — one sent to my contact number and another to my email ID. The entire login process takes 3–5 minutes every single time.
The whole experience feels poorly managed and uncoordinated, almost like a badly maintained government service app. Very disappointing and irritating to deal with.

Operating issues
Nowadays the app cannot open rather inserting correct credentials. Kindly update it like NSDL application.

Add Face ID login and read the reviews
Overall it’s good but when you send pdf in mail every year it includes everything what my pan number holds in all the respective investment platforms, the same way the app should be! You have done half work

Worst App ever
We are forced to use CDSL because we prefer zerodha over other brokers. Otherwise we have moved to NSDL. This CDSL APP requires me to enter my login credentials every time I visit the App. Every other APP remembers their users. Why can’t your pathetic APP remembers them??

Broken OTP System – Can’t Even Access My Own Investments
Absolutely pathetic experience from a platform that’s supposed to securely handle people’s investments. The OTP system is a complete joke. They send a 6-digit OTP on email, but the app only allows 4 digits — and even when you try the first 4, it says invalid OTP. This isn’t a one-time glitch — it happens repeatedly.
How can a national depository not even get basic login security right? I’ve tried multiple times, different devices, different times of day — nothing works. No response from support either.
If I can’t access my own holdings, what’s the point of this app? Extremely frustrating. This kind of user experience makes me seriously question how safe or reliable CDSL’s systems are. Fix your tech.

It throws error every time unable to login
Login for every session
Would have given 0 stars because the app name is Easi App but it is not at all easy to use app. The app is very interesting and helpful but every time you need to login? This is a ridiculous waste of time and efforts. I hope this app is brought in line with the general practice of login once and authenticate every time either with SMS pin or faceId

Alphanumeric not allowed in BO id where as DP id start with IN. What a joke!
Worst app ever
If don’t know how to develop app, don’t do it. This is why people curse the government people. They even not able to develop the app which is related to people’s finance. They just want to take brbs and do nothing. Shame on you
