Worst app of the century
Forgot password link doesn’t work. Throws some error when you provide the user id and pan. Tried different combinations of demat account, pan etc. Same error pops up. Even for the worst service providers the forgot password link works fine. But this app is an exceptionally worst app.
Do not know why we have this app
Not sure at least CDSL bosses are using this app. It is not allowing me to login, not able to change password… always shows some error in some alien language! I seriously do not know why you guys are so naive when it comes to professionally managing your services! Pathetic!
Not able to register
even after continuous typing different passwords with alphabets & number along with #or@, still it is showing to use alpha numeric password for registration. Don’t know who made this pathetic app

Why do you need new login info very frequently?
Easi Registration For NRI but Indian Tax Payer
This App doesn’t allow the international mobile number which is more than 10 disgita to allow for registration. Please rectify this bug because I am struggling to register my BO ID
Need Face ID and Authenticator asap
They need to develop the app with Face ID and authenticator instead of username-password and OTP.
Bad app need a change
Please bring in new developers and improve the app never seen a finance app worse than this CDSL is one of the looked upon establishment but there product is very bad
Trouble while using it
Created my Id and password and after that when I tried to log in it keeps displaying you are already logged in. Useless App.
Server issues
Could connect the server. This message is coming while registering.

Useless App. Always hangs and need to restart and try the same thing again and again.

It asks me to change the password and once I change it, it freezes and doesn’t go to the next page.

Doesn’t work
Unable to login. Nothing happens after entering the details and pressing login button. Quite useless app.
Informative & Usable
The app is quite simple and easy to use.
Needs some minor issues with UI.
Once you enter any page from the Home page, the home menu is no more available on the spring board. When you keep pressing the home menu icon, the UI just changes to opaque indicating the menu is opened but there is no display of menu options. One just has to click blindly and hope it is correct

Empty view
Not able to view options from hamburger icon. It’s showing empty. Are you guys testing the application before release?
