Worst app of the century

Forgot password link doesn’t work. Throws some error when you provide the user id and pan. Tried different combinations of demat account, pan etc. Same error pops up. Even for the worst service providers the forgot password link works fine. But this app is an exceptionally worst app.

Do not know why we have this app

Not sure at least CDSL bosses are using this app. It is not allowing me to login, not able to change password… always shows some error in some alien language! I seriously do not know why you guys are so naive when it comes to professionally managing your services! Pathetic!

Not able to register

even after continuous typing different passwords with alphabets & number along with #or@, still it is showing to use alpha numeric password for registration. Don’t know who made this pathetic app
