CE Concierge Plan is absolutely a great investment of my money. So worth the money I paid and much easier to use than what we had before. I love how I just scan and send and CE Broker does everything else for me. Thank you for this service.
Not working
This would be cool if it worked. Not sure if it’s because I have the free version, but nothing in this app works for me when I try to view my data. I end up going to the website instead because it’s so bad.

I had CME certificates in downloadable form and would have preferred that to taking screenshots of my certificates.
Could be better.
Scan first and obtain maximum detail from the certificate, so you don’t have to type it ip. Similar to scanning the credit card to get numbers
Good for keeping track of CEUs
This app generally works well except for the last several months. They have yet to fix the issues. The app will only log the current date not the date of the certificate and it won’t let you add more than 3 certificates on the same date. If the app actually worked right then it would allow you to add all of your certificates. Also when you have completed all the required CEUs the app and website still will show that you need more ceus when you either met or entered more ceus than required. I have 24 ceus and I only need 16 and it still says that I need more ceus.

Ease of Reporting CE
This is a super user friendly app. Super simple to report CEU’s.

Not only can I check and see where I am with hours, I can also buy the ones that are needed at a very reasonable price!

No set up option on home screen
I just downloaded the app and there is no option to create an account. The Home Screen just says “log in” and when you hit that prompt you then get bumped to a screen that asks for your username and password and there are no other options. Usually there’s a “set up” option but not here. Very strange

Not mobile friendly
Can’t do some important functions on cell or tablet rather need to be on desk top (such as enter course completion date) unable to log both ethics CME and human Trafficking CME from a single course. Tech support says manually enter course twice splitting up the hours!

CE BROKER was the best thing to happen to the profession, in recent years. I highly recommend everyone spend the extra money to get the Concierge Plan. It’s no hassles so we can tend to clients instead of paperwork. Thank you CE Broker.
Good until there is a problem
The app works good but if there is a problem it is incredibly hard to get in touch with anyone. I had an issue that took more than a week for a response and took several weeks to fix
No longer works
Bad string when searching for my records. Useless. How does this have a 4.8 rating.
App doesn’t work
The app used to work perfectly, but now it doesn’t work at all. Once you sign in it shows some glitch and you can’t access any of your information, the pages are just blank. Such a shame.

Not sure what happened, but the app will not log you in without an error message, then proceeds to crash…

Ended up paying for the subscription because I saw there is an app. Thought it would be great to knock out CEUs on the go. Downloaded the app on my iPhone only to find out it doesn’t work.

This makes keeping track of your ceus a breeze. I wish there was a way to use it for NY.
