Poor app
Not impressed. When the browser experience is better than the app, you know it’s a bad app.
Constant bugs
Horrible ability to save information. Constant have to re-input my information; state of practice, discipline, etc. it doesn’t save anything. Doesn’t save the courses you’re in the middle of taking when the app decides to stop working. It’s just bad
Almost great
This app is very convenient for CEUs in the go. It’s good, but is missing some key features that are missing that could make it great: links to the certification prep programs, the ability to watch lectures in landscape, be able to adjust which aspect of the lecture is the focus (speaker or slides), and be able to watch picture-in-picture. If those features were added, this app would be incredibly valuable.

Money not well spent
I spend hundreds of dollars a year for the app to sign me out every time I open a course and when I try to sign in again it logs me out when I click the course again. I tried deleting and re downloading, downloading on a different device, trying new courses etc but nothing works. Waste of money will not ever resubscribe if it’s not fixed in the next few weeks

Good content, poor app
The iPhone app is not user friendly at all. Among the issues: each time I log in I have to start over in searching for content I want to see. There’s no algorithm that shows me content that I favor. That would be no big deal, as I could bookmark courses that I want to take, right? Except there’s no way to recall bookmarked courses. I have to search them (again and again) and they just turn up in the search results as if they were never bookmarked. The bookmark section does not display my bookmarked courses. This becomes extra annoying because the app will log out at times for no apparent reason, and when you log back in, it doesn’t put you back in at the place you left off. You have to search the course (again), then try to find the place where the course was when you got dropped. There’s also a glitch when you get to the end of a course and do the quiz, it prompts you to proceed to the survey but doesn’t allow you through with a prompt to complete the course. The prompt takes you back to the course start page, then you must click back through to the start of the survey and access it. The iPhone app developers have some work to do.
