The automated program leaves a lot to be desired

No audio guidance, not enough time between exercises, requiring pausing and playing.

Downdog app is the gold standard here for this type of thing and why I know med bridge can do way better.

Annoying voice and reminders

Most annoying are the multiple reminders when I have already done exercises that day. And have logged the exercise session that day.
Another annoying aspect is the voice saying β€œtake a rest”. The videos of the exercises are not always clear and hard to follow when the exercise involves lying down and trying to follow the video. The reason for the various clicks and dings is not obvious. I still haven’t figured them out.

The number of exercises is long and doesn’t easily allow for selection of a specific set without needing to answer the screen prompts about why the ones were skipped.

Some of the exercises do not seem to have a purpose related to why they were assigned to me.

It would be helpful to be able to select a new or different set of exercises.

Previous to being assigned MedBridge GO, I had used the exercise program called β€œ7” and enjoyed it. I could select different patterns of exercises of different degrees of difficulty and type. Also I had liked some resistance bands exercises found on YouTube from the UK. Both of those programs seemed good.

Oral PT

Super Helpful. Videos, reminders and timing for reps definitely keeps me on track for 3x/day exercises. However, the app records/credits extra sessions that I did not complete…?

Signing in as a me

I always have to try to sign in three or four times until it finally works. It keeps switching between Face ID and verifying I’m not sure what the problem is. I’ve had it for a few weeks and it’s just super complicated to even just get in.

Timer is off

Does not allow for custom reps or timings, as per their FAQ page. So your provider prescribes 4 reps of 30 seconds each, but the app still programs 3 reps of 12 seconds. Actively unhelpful.
