Billing is a joke
This site keeps no record of any of my payments and is always wrong. My blood pressure is getting worse and I think kaisers billing is what is causing it. Simply horrible.
very helpful except when it’s not
The new application has a sleek look and loads much faster. But it is still difficult to access information if it’s anything other than what the system is already decided you might want to know.

Unable to se scheduled appointment for minor child
Kaiser permanente does not understand that at least I need to see scheduled appointments for my minor children who are 15 and 16 years of age because I need to drive them to their appointments. I am tired of asking Kaiserpermanente to change this policy. I a paying thousands of top of thousands of dollars to have insurance for minor children because they are under my care and yet I can look up of get reminders of coming appointments. This needs to change by Kaiser now!

Still Can’t Log In
This is an update from a previous review, which is below. It’s been a year and I still can’t log into the app. It says the same thing it’s miserable.
Always “system error” you can rarely log in, it’s always a problem. They fix it for a week and then it stops again for months at a time.
This goes for all family members. Both Android & iPhones. It’s so frustrating.
