Wonderful care for many years
I first signed up with Kaiser when we moved to Denver in 1977. I’ve been a patient through well visits, childbirth, an ACL reconstruction, a couple of minor skin cancer issues and now well into my 70s I am discovering my weak links. My providers at Kaiser have been almost uniformly knowledgeable, kind, and compassionate. I have never had to scramble around, looking for help. I am most grateful for the continuum of care I have received.

Not enough providers
I have been a Kaiser client for 40 years. The care has declined in recent years because there are not enough family medicine providers. The App doesn’t help with this issue. The soonest I can see a doctor is 2 weeks out?

Neglect of Mental Health
I have been struggling to get that proper car that I need for years with little success. Appointments are too far apart. Resources are very limited. This company does not prioritize its patients. Your staff does. They’re incredible. But the company doesn’t have its patients best interests.
Stop pressuring your Therapists to “graduate” patients. That is absolutely unacceptable. This is an exemplary example of the lack of nuance this company has regarding mental health treatment. Therapy is lifelong. We build relationships with our therapists, yet we don’t have the money to pay out of pocket. You dangle a service in front of us and yank it when it seems to interfere with your bottom line.

Trying to schedule an appointment
Worst app ever trying to schedule an appointment it keeps spinning and spinning won’t let me in to schedule an appointment then when it finally does appear, it says try again like somethings wrong with your app
Slow and buggy
