Lack of foot doctore
After a referral, a three month wait for a foot doctor appt. After another month of emails, etc. I am still in pain and playing email and telephone tag.

Works sometimes
Very slow, very laggy, freezes sometimes. In terms of providing services, it is pretty good when it works, other than bizarre permissions related to kids - I can schedule an appointment for them, but then I can’t view it.

The app gets stuck.
Should not be this hard to order medication (my prescribed medication with active refills)
I should not have to go to the app, then the website, then call because no one in this giant company can make ordering a simple process. The medication doesn’t show up when I enter the medx #, there’s no option to just refill from my list of active medications. Intentional or not, making it this difficult to order necessary medication is negligence, stupidity, and being just incredibly cheap. If I as a young person can’t figure this out how would my grandparents or parents?

Difficult to find things
Kaiser needs to hire a UX team to do a user-focused revamp of this app, where they run user workshops and talk to actual users about their pain points. Things are currently difficult to find, clunky, and aren’t as useful as they could be. I’m sure Kaiser doesn’t care about how easy their information is to find though (probably hide some of their benefits on purpose), they’re just here to take our money.
