Can’t Access
This app seems to be having system issues and won’t let me get past the sign in screen. I have to use a web browser because the app won’t work every single time.
Autofill Medication
The convenience of autofilling my medication can’t be described! It is comparable to autopay of my credit cards and mortgage payments. It’s one thing I don’t have to remember or worry about. This is so convenient for us seniors!

Privacy settings are not adjustable. There is only one setting, no options but to agree.

I love how user friendly this app is and as to how it runs so smoothly. I also love the simple fact that you can do just about everything on this app, like set up most appointments, see past visits, check test results, refill or order prescriptions etc.

I hate apps such as this one trying to force me to buy a new phone. Because my operating system won’t update any longer now your app doesn’t work. So now you are forcing me to no longer use your app SO ITS USELESS!!!
Developers who are not customer focused SHOULD BE FIRED. I used to manage IT Quality for an entire international healthcare hospital company. I would never of allowed such a horrible bad customer service decision.

Copy and paste
Need a feature in kp app to copy and paste from memo or other app. Need improvement on test result page. Need to go back every time to see other results.
so confusing to navigate
I get an email about a new message so I login to the app. No new message. I open my email again and click on the link. It doesn’t open the app, it opens the site, and the login doesn’t work for that. Cool! Things and so spread out so many places it’s an absolute nightmare.

Dr Jordan took a shaved skin section off a wound on my leg t on have it tested. As promised I’ve received test results within 5 days and told the surgeon’s office will be reaching out to me to schedule removal. Dr Jordan always makes me feel safe with what he tells me and is very kind.

This is the worst working app I have ever used. I think the company made this app difficult on purpose. So patient can have access to what they need
Sending photos to doctor
I had trouble attaching photos to an email to my doctor. Instead of just being advised about my settings not allowing it, you should maybe include to check your settings in the KP app.
Frustrating
In text messages and emails the links aren’t taking me to website for prescriptions and for making appointments
