Could Be Better

App is great for tracking sessions and videos keep your pace. However, there is so much room for opportunity.

-Ability to skip AND go back to exercises. If I’m on the ground, I’m not getting up and going back down just because of the order of videos
-Ability to re-order exercises so you don’t have to switch equipment/positions
-Ability to replay/rewatch and exercise. Sometimes I can’t hit pause and get distracted and then I’m just out of luck for that video.

forced sms is pathetic

I downloaded this for my PT but got to the screen that forces me to accept your SMS messages. The messages are literally nothing but a notification of new exercise that my doctor already told me about. Because I MUST CONSENT TO USELESS SMS MESSAGES. I can't use the app AT ALL to see videos of the proper form of the exercises. That's pathetic. I'm not cooperating with your marketing campaigns. If you ever decide to respect your users' privacy, I'll reconsider using your app. Until then DELETE.

PT at Home

I have had multiple rounds of PT for hip and knee replacements. This is THE BEST guide for keeping me motivated and for making sure I’m doing my exercises correctly at home!! Thank you. I do wish you could sometimes do half one part of the day and the last half later. You can’t come back in to the middle of the program.

Where did my lessons disappear to?

I started my limber assignments for this week. I was able to complete one day of them then I went back to the webpage and they disappeared. I have the old exercises, but the one that were downloaded this week. Have all of a sudden gone bye-bye. Webpages like this are never consistent endless. I can go to three different webpages and two will not be working today.

FAQ

What is the Limber Health Home Exercise app?

The Limber Health Home Exercise app is a tool designed to support patients in completing their prescribed home exercise programs. It offers guided video instructions, session reminders, and progress tracking to help patients stay on track with their recovery outside of clinic visits.

How does the app help with home exercises?

The app provides follow-along video demonstrations with voice instruction to ensure proper form during exercises. It also sends session reminders to help users remember to complete their prescribed routines and allows them to track their pain and function levels.

Is the app free to use?

The app itself is free to download and use for eligible patients. Access to the app is granted only after a healthcare provider enrolls the patient in the Limber Health program.

Who is the target audience for this app?

This app is intended for patients who have been enrolled by their healthcare provider in a home exercise program. It is designed to assist individuals undergoing physical therapy or occupational therapy who need support and guidance for their at-home recovery.

Can I chat with a professional through the app?

Yes, if your program includes this feature, you can chat with a remote Care Navigator directly within the Limber app. These navigators are licensed therapy professionals who provide virtual support, motivation, and can answer questions between in-clinic visits.
