Forces a subscription but claims a 7 day free trial before anything is charged. I selected monthly for $24.99/mo and again they confirmed no payment due today. Clicked submit and was instantly charged $54.98. Will be disputing this charge as fraud.

I tried this as a free trial and got completely hooked!! It is awesome! I love the “chat” feature. I really wanted to journal my feelings and work through them, but never could write them down. Using the chat in this app is so easy. I love the interactive prompts that are the responses. I can pick up the phone and type a few sentences and get my feelings out so they pass. Love it!

I don’t see why such a simple app needs to be paid for every month.
“save money” but we’re gonna charge you for services that could be free
i am a young and heavily struggling alcoholic who is also struggling with chronic illness. i am trying to quit drinking and am happier with free options like AA or a sponsor than paying for an app that will claim to save money while helping me cut back on alcohol. there’s no truth in that statement bc obviously im not saving money like i want to; my alcohol money would just go into the app. this is robbery and taking advantage of people who are suffering. shame on you.
