Nannyberry

When I first started, Sunnyside, I was averaging about 2 1/2 drinks a day on holidays. Now my every day drink total is between four and seven drinks per week. I get excited about the challenge of skipping drink days. And now when I report on Dry days, I get a huge degree of satisfaction. I no longer feel like I have to drink every day. But I do enjoy my glass of wine with dinner or a margarita in the evening. I recommend Sunnyside for people who really need to just “knock it off” but don’t want to quit completely!!🙏

Impossible to unsubscribe

Do not join this program ! While it was useful for a few months a few years ago, it has been impossible to get rid of them. First I couldn’t cancel my paid membership until my renewal date so I paid for services I wasn’t using. And they continue to send spam texts selling medication I neither want nor need. No matter how I block and report them the sales spam continues to arrive. I can only conclude that this is a fraudulent grift and if you actually need help controlling your drinking you are better off going elsewhere for support.

Alcohol

I do not drink any alcohol and quit smoking in 1992.

Leave me alone!

I quit the account, deleted the app, begged them to lose my details and I still receive daily harassment from Sunnyside. Sure, you can quit alcohol, but apparently, there is no way to quit this app or their daily SMS.

In app tour is broken

Your in app tour is broken, I literally can’t use the app. It breaks and shuts down the app after the 4th step. Please fix!!!!

FAQ

What does the Sunnyside app do?

Sunnyside is an app designed to help users reduce their alcohol consumption through mindful drinking and moderation. It focuses on reframing your relationship with alcohol, rather than pushing for complete sobriety. The app provides personalized plans, drink tracking, daily motivation, and access to human coaches.

How does the app help users cut back on alcohol?

The app works by having users set personal goals around alcohol consumption. It then provides a recommended weekly drink plan, which can be adjusted. Users can track their drinks via a simple interface or text message, receive daily motivational content, and can opt to text with real human coaches for support.

Is this app for people who want to quit drinking entirely?

No, this app is specifically designed for mindful drinking and moderation, not sobriety. It caters to the 75% of adults who drink and want to reframe their approach to alcohol without the pressure to quit. The app's approach is nonjudgmental and focuses on gradual change.

What kind of results can users expect?

In their first 30 days, average members experience drinking 29% less alcohol weekly, saving money, cutting calories, gaining energy, improving sleep quality, and enhancing overall wellness. Users also report reframing their relationship with alcohol without going sober.

Is there a cost to use Sunnyside?

The app is free to download and use with in-app purchases. While the description mentions saving money that covers the subscription cost, it implies that certain features or full access may require payment through in-app purchases.
