Great

It was comprehensive and worked well. I never remembered to use it so I deleted my account. You can easily delete your account which I LOVE. Recommend.

The only symptom tracking that ever worked for me

I’ve tried so many symptom tracking apps over the years often resorting to simple spreadsheets. I’d find them really annoying to update (laborious) OR they just lacked features and there wasn’t really any help in tracking.

Bearable has it all - all the features needed to see trends and find out what’s happening over time. Good looking (important), very few (if any) bugs, huge flexibility, easy to use, and actually fun to update. I love the graphs in particular.

The fact that the free version isn’t really all that limited shows they really believe in their users and what they’re going through. The ability to sponsor others for a premium upgrade is also a very cool community feature.

Just using this app I feel less alone.

So helpful

This is the easiest app I’ve found to start documenting fibromyalgia. I need record of everything, I need to find a pattern of flare up so I can understand what I’m going through and this app is amazing

So helpful

This app really helps me understand my triggers and the patterns that affect my mental health. I think the level of tracking it provides (for free) provides incredible insight into why I feel the way I do. I also like that I can schedule reminders, since I forget to do this kind of stuff.

Edit: I was just gifted a free subscription thanks to the heroes program! I’m really looking forward to see what else I can learn. These metrics are super customizable, so I really feel like it helps.

I love this app so much!

It’s extremely helpful tracking my medicine and my day to day symptoms, it’s great to see how different things affect how I feel and how I can track my energy throughout the day. I would recommend this app to anyone who is looking for a tracking/journaling type app. Even without a subscription you get access to so much!
