We've introduced new enhancements to improve communication, approvals, task management, and recruitment workflows. Introduced Click-to-Call functionality across all modules. Tapping a candidate's mobile number displays the available pre-installed dialer applications to initiate a call. Introduced Click-to-SMS functionality across all modules, allowing users to select an available messaging application when tapping a mobile number. Added a Pending Approvals section for quick access to pending approvals related to Clients, Leads, Talent Bench, Vendors, and Timesheets. Added Signature and OTP options for Timesheet approvals. Introduced Tags for Applicants, Talent Bench, Clients, Client Contacts, Vendors, Vendor Contacts, and Leads. Enhanced Task Management with Task Category, Timezone, Individual Task per Assigned User, and Recurring Task options. Added an Update Status field to Client Actions for better action tracking. Added the ability to perform Cost Sheet Approval on behalf of an Applicant directly from the Pipeline Record page. Enhanced Notes by automatically populating note content based on the selected Note Action when adding or editing notes for Applicants, Clients, Vendors, and Leads. Added the ability to select an Evaluation Template while scheduling interviews, allowing users to associate the appropriate evaluation template with the interview.
