1.0.3
October 17, 2026
A fresh look and a simpler app. • New design: a floating glass tab bar in Apple's Liquid Glass style • A simpler wine page: the essentials first, with short pop-ups for the detail • Cella Pro is now called Cella Premium. Same subscription: nothing changes if you already have it • A clearer subscription page that shows what's free and what Premium adds • On the free plan, each wine shows everything you have first, with a preview of the Premium sections at the end • New Insights: one tidy breakdown of your cellar and, with Cella Premium, how often you open a bottle and the wines you rated best • A Journal button on the Cellar screen • The Wine Journal (ratings and tasting notes) is now part of Cella Premium. Entries you have already written are kept safe and open again with Premium • Scanning, sign-in and backup now run on new servers. If you had a Cella account, create it again with the same email: the cellar on your phone is kept • Better layout on iPad, and many small fixes

Yes, Cella contains advertisements. While the app offers a free tier with core features, users may encounter ads within the application.
Cella Premium offers two subscription plans: a monthly subscription for $9.99 and a yearly subscription for $59.99. The yearly plan includes a 7-day free trial.
Cella is available for iPhone and iPod. It is designed for users who want to manage their wine collection on Apple mobile devices.
The latest version of Cella is 1.0.3, which was last updated on October 17, 2026. Updates typically include new features, bug fixes, and performance improvements.
While Cella requires an internet connection for label scanning and accessing up-to-date market values, core collection management and journal features can be accessed offline after initial setup.
Cella is rated for users aged 17 and older. This is due to its focus on wine, an alcoholic beverage, and is intended for adults of legal drinking age.
You can manage or cancel your Cella Premium subscription in your App Store account settings. Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the end of the current period to avoid further charges.
Your wine collection data is backed up and can be exported at any time. If you choose not to renew your Cella Premium subscription, you will retain access to the free tier's features and your existing data.
