Very helpful
Looking forward to improvements in the receipt upload and bottle recognition algorithms. Also, being able to delete bunk receipt uploads in their entirety would be very handy – having to delete one entry at a time is pretty cumbersome. But all in all, a very useful cellar management application.

It’s nice to be able to track our wines. Use it often to check when we bought a wine or if we enjoyed it.

Sold as a great free app. Get the app and majority of functions are locked out unless you pay. False advertising.
Best wine tracking database I have ever used
This is by far, the best database I have ever used to track my wine collection over several wine lockers in many locations. It is very easy to customize for what I need and the integration with other wine sites and professional wine connoisseurs is nothing less than excellent.
Unable to add wines
I downloaded the app and started to add wines. Intermittently, when I fill in all the info and press “Add to Cellar” I get a pop-up that says “Unable to save. Please try again”.
Cellar tracker got back to me. As usual it was a problem between the seat and the keyboard. My only further comment would be better error messages to explain what was wrong.

Easy to use and find information on my Collection.
I love this app. Take a photograph of bottle, up comes a choice and then add purchase date and cost. The drinking window is very useful. On occasions, the app hasn’t found my wine so I submit a photo of back and front and within hours I get an email with information. So impressed.
Great app
Functionally it’s excellent but the UI has some some quirks and it’s quite expensive if you have a larger collection.

Just put in a wine cellar. So nice to see what we have!!! I really like that I am able to comment on my wine and recreate the ambiance or not.

Awesome customer service!
My husband and I have been using this app to manage our wine for years. We each loaded the app to our phones and signed on under his user id and password. All of a sudden that wouldn’t work. He could get in but I couldn’t. Even tried deleting app and reloading and changing the password. My husband reached out via the app to them and got a response in less than 24 hrs. After a few emails back and forth they figured out the problem was the new VPN I had just loaded to my phone. Super impressed!!

This software is so clearly made by people who care about the software itself and wine. It’s flexible where it needs to be while still having reasonable opinions. Just a joy to use, reasonably priced as well.
Easy way to keep track of my wine!
Honestly haven’t found a better way to track wine I buy (and need to let age). It lets me sort by drinking window, not just varietals or name!

My Cellar Manager
It’s not like I have an extensive cellar, but I have enough bottles that I couldn’t keep track of what I have without writing down dates and drinking windows and other information in a notebook. Even then I couldn’t sort or seek. This tells me everything I need to know in a compact, portable, and digital form. I love the convenience but also being able to access the community for their thoughts on a wine.

My Cellar Has Come Alive
The insights I now have about my collection (at my fingertips no less) escaped me for decades. I’m especially grateful for the Drinkability Index and what wines I need to drink NOW. The app is also prompting me to evaluate each wine more thoroughly when I open a bottle to keep private tasting notes and sometimes offer a public review.
