Don’t download!
It wouldn’t recognize the C string at all, when I’d pluck, it would play the C sound but the screen said A and kept telling me to tune both up and down. This app is clueless.

I used it and it told me to tighten the string and it ended up falling out and I had to go get it fixed. Do not recommend
C String Fail
The app does not recognize the C string. Very bad cello tuner. Not recommended. The good news is that the tuner recognizes all other strings.

This is something simple and easy to learn and tune.
Directions
There are no directions given for using this tuner. It also needs to be adjustable. The goal note needs to be able to be put on repeat so that you don’t have to go back and forth from instrument to phone, to replay the note.

It’s pretty good
I like this but sometimes it is hard to tell what sound it thinks I’m making because it’s a little late but if you have some patience it’s a really good app for beginners.
Best tuner I have ever used
I have tried lots of different tuners for my cello and this is the best one I have found. It tells you if you are to high or to low. It also gives you a recording of what your string should sound like.

This app is not sensitive to sound enough.
One of the worst tuners I’ve tried
It was so slow, some of the buttons wouldn’t work and was so laggy
this made me mad
i had my cello and i could tell it was really out of tune so i downloaded this app. it looked good at first but when i tried it it kept saying that the string was in tune. i could tell it wasn’t because at first it plays what the note is supposed to sound like. the played note sounded nothing like my string it was really annoying. maybe my microphone on my phone wasn’t working or something but this just didn’t work for me
