Hello...I made a withdrawal of #330,500,from my celloux naira wallet to my bank within the last 10hours and I wasn't credited, I got to know through your customer service on here that the transaction had already been successful and I had to contact my bank service, upon contacting them I got to know that I wasn't credited because my limit per transaction was lower than the amount that I withdrew to my bank and this caused the delay...I was told to report back to your customer service on here again to kindly make a reversal of the transactions to my celloux Wallet pending the time my bank limit is upgraded. would really appreciate if you could do so on time
