problems with serial number read
1. I kept getting serial number connection fails due to my VPN. Nothing in the failure message suggests this (I work in IT & figured it out after a few times, but good luck to other people).
2. The option to type in a serial number flashed way to fast & Isn’t available on the fail screen. You have to be lightning quick to see or prompt it. Make it an option on the fail screen.
Turns out my test was expired by a few days (I should’ve noticed that on the box), so can’t speak to quality of instructions.

The outside of the shipping package states in 2 places “COVID-19 test kit expiration date extension information inside”
It is not there.

Garbage app
Overly complicated instructions and an overwrought app that puts up endless “agreements screens and demands personal info. Deleted. What a frustrating thing to deal with. We’re trying to test. Not the time for invasive app data collection. Clearly no user testing or feedback was done with this piece of junk.

QR code not accepted!
Written instructions were ridiculously long, though the actual procedure is relatively simple. So I tried using the app but ran inti a brick wall when it didn't accept the QR code. I completed the process without the app.

There are a few possible reasons for that and most are not actually a problem with the app. If you can take a screenshot of the error and contact customer support with the test serial number, you may be eligible for a free replacement test. Thank you!
