We are very sorry to hear you have had such an experience. It sounds like your IT department set up an auto install policy of the SL2 app for your personal or corporate owned mobile phone. Please reach out to them and explain what is happening so they can appropriately adjust the mobile device policy for your phone to balance both yours and the company’s requirements. SL2 is successfully used by thousands of people working in highly regulated industries where recordkeeping of business-related mobile communications is required, and it only tries to keep downloading if your IT department set it up to do so. SL2 does have a feature to block suspicious and unwanted inbound calls or messages on your CellTrust Mobile Business Number to enhance data security and protect staff, so if you decide to give it another try, that may help with those unwanted communications. Horrible!
Calls are grainy and sound there are dropped calls.
When you put someone on hold you sometimes they’re not able to get them back.
The message function is worthless. I have to retype the message several times because it erases itself as soon as you touch the screen of your phone to scroll up or scroll down to see what you have written the message disappears. I have to go back and retype it again and trust that I’ve done it correctly because I don’t dare touch it again because it’ll erase it yet again over and over it will erase your message if you touch the screen horrible! I would NEVER use this App
if my firm did not require it!
