My Indigo card
I am unable to use this app for my Indigo Card. All of my other credit cards have apps to pay online and Indigo through Celtic Bank. Does not this app does not work for my Indigo Card . I’ve looked through the App Store and there is no specific app for Indigo alone, this is very inconvenient.
Indigo MasterCard
People on here complaining about an app for the indigo card. You need to use the Concora Credit app. Indigo is issued by Celtic Bank but serviced by Concora.

700 credit limit with low credit
I love the indigo card cause it’s comes with a large amount and no but others don’t. I had a card from them and I love how it’s looks. But I heard they are going to make an app
INDIGO MASTERCARD
I have an indigo Mastercard by Celtic back and am very dissatisfied with the fact that there is no mobile app. Making payments and checking my balance is a headache. I’m contemplating cancelling the card all together if there isn’t an app released soon.

Good card if you’re just trying to build credit but really lousy customer support online
I just got this card and yes, it is terrible as far as not being able to go to the App Store and just download the app so that you could do online banking and make your payments and so forth but you have to be smarter than the average bear. What you do is you go to indigo card.com/activate , then downloaded Genesis Bank , which services the card there’s actually three parties involved and yes, it does seem a little bit shady so I might close this card out after I pay the balance, but I was able to pay online. I entered my savings account information and it automatically went through payment was received so there is a way. I need to hire some new software developers, obviously

App has major problems
Got this app thinking it could better help me keep on my new indigo cc but it doesn’t recognize any of my information and risk having my actual account locked out. I’d give zero stars if I could

I also got the Indigo Mastercard but won’t be using it for any purchases when literally every other card I own comes with an app. If you’re trying to re-build your credit, you can do better. I started with a secured card from OpenSky. Then I got Avant, Mission Lane, BrightWay, CapitalOne, BestEgg, and Merrick Bank credit cards. Most of which were recommended to me through Credit Karma. Can you guess what all those cards have in common? Apps. I can even pay my rent through an app, but not this credit card? Gimme a break.

Not for indigo card users
The only option is to use the website from a mobile browser. You can put a bookmark on your home page. It’s a lame work around but that’s all you can do.
No app
You guys really need to get an app for the Indigo Mastercard. If you guys did you would probably get a lot more clientele. I may cancel my card in December due to the fact that it is so difficult too access and seems that mess up my balance.. Hopefully you guys can get it fixed by then and also manage it a little better

Don’t get this card
I hate this card it takes 14 days to see your payment and you can only see everything online there’s no app for this card they don’t make it easy for you like all my other cards..DONT GET THIS CARD BIGGEST mistake

Can’t believe this. I can’t log on too this app. I need to contact the bank. I’m getting rid of this indigo card.
Awful app.
The app won’t even let me login. I verified my credentials over and over and yet it does not recognize them. Complete waste of time with this app. The website is no better. Please do better. No reason why I should be getting an error message with correct login information.
Terrible Card with NO App Available
I have an Indigo Mastercard and have had SO many issues with it. Can’t log in to the Celtic Bank app as it does not recognize my login or credentials. No specific Indigo app to use instead, even though EVERY other credit card I have offers one - not having an app to help me do my banking is a problem. The website you can log into is simplified but that also means there aren’t many links to help find the info you need and there is hardly any information readily available on the website. Small credit limit, unhelpful and rude customer service when I have attempted to contact them about problems (important ones like unrecognized charges to my card). The list goes on. It would benefit them to get their act together and join the 21st century.
