Error with New user account login info

I can’t log into my account despite the fact that I’m using the brand new username and password I created for the first time. The first time this occurred I thought maybe I made a mistake, so I reset my password, but the exact error message came up again “wrong username/password!”
So I can’t access my account online the mobile app and that’s extremely frustrating
