App frozen after telling me to install an update..,can’t move screen even after reinstalling the app…
Worst app ever
I can no longer sign into the app. Just like everyone else says. It tells me y password is incorrect I change y password and it still will not let me sign in. Also no biometrics to sign in. Worthless app.
Worst User Experience Ever
This app is so barebones and barely does the minimal job it’s intended to do. I can’t even pay by debit card anymore because apparently there’s a “max amount of times” you’re able to pay by card. No Apple Pay. Everything important is gated by a terrible customer service number in which you will NOT be able to talk to a human. Everything about this is just shady.

App issues
Everything was fine until about a month ago. The app stopped working. I have deleted & added it again and it still doesn’t work . Besides the app issues, everything else is great! Please fix the app issues.
Recurring Technical Problems
I have two cards with this company and only recently started having issues accessing my account through the app and website. Based on other reviews, this is clearly not an isolated problem.
I’ve completed every troubleshooting step customer service suggested, but nothing has resolved the issue. Instead of acknowledging the ongoing technical problems, I’ve been met with rude, dismissive representatives who seem to blame the customer.
I rely on the app and website to monitor transactions and make payments. If I can’t access my account, I’m forced to call customer service, which has only added to the frustration. I hope this issue is addressed for all affected customers.
