Never will use them again
The interest for this company is ridiculous. You will never pay off your debt with them. I paid on a $3000 debt for almost 2 years paying $130 plus $98. They were adding every time after I paid a payment with that kind of resolved you’ll never get anything paid from them. I ended up having taking a personal loan from my bank and paying 2100 on it and then I got another loan and finish I will never deal with this company ever again. I called them and told him to close my account still waiting for my account to be closed. Hopefully by the end of today it will be closed.

This should not be an app because it opens up to the internet. No Face ID/ no saved login/ nothing. It’s so irritating to have to do this Everytime.

It’s not a bad app or company pretty much what I expect out of a credit card that will literally approve almost anybody. So for that I think it’s good. I definitely think you should add the option to be able to put it in the Apple wallet as well as saving logins And cards for payment, the only thing that annoys me is having to retype my card information every single time I make a payment lol

ANNUAL FEE TO START
How can they charge an annual fee starting at $250? That's extortion—it's way too much. The annual fee is supposed to be charged annually, not when you get the card. Or at least they shouldn't charge $100 or $80—but $250? That's extortion!

UPDATE: the company continues to copy and paste the same response repeatedly about terms and conditions while not allowing you to use what you pay for. Be careful with this company. They rather turn you over to collections than work with you.

Great for rebuilding credit, make sure to pay on time
My credit got ruined during COVID-19 when I got laid off. This app has been such a blessing in getting multiple card to rebuild my credit, and it’s working. If you need to rebuild, go with Concora. The support team is great, too.
Unable to get in app for months

Beware! They will not protect you against fraud at all! I called about a company charging me $346 for a transaction that the company never sent me the product and I still haven’t received the product to this day and CONCORA sided with the fraudulent company so they wouldn’t lose money. So they are just as bad as fraudulent company that ripped me off in the first place. There are many other companies to go with that are much better! This one plain sucks!!!!

This company is trash! ZERO customer service. Nearly impossible to reach someone. The absolute longest payment processing times. Literally takes 10+ days to process an instant payment. Even then they make you wait nearly an entire billing cycle before making your credit available again. These people need to be shut down by the government

Can’t access the App on any device
Been attempting to access the app and cannot get past the verification process because it will not scroll to accept and then use the app. Tired of trying. Will figure it out so I can pay my monthly bill. So frustrating and I give up on the app!

There should be an
Option for travel notification. Getting sick and tired of getting devlined while on vacation. Ive called multiple times to advise of my vacation and they still decline all my purchases. Im done with this card and closing. Unacceptable.
