The worst app
It’d absurd how many horrible reviews this app and company has and not a single solution in sight. Companies like this should be fined to the gills for being so bad. I haven’t even gotten my card yet and I already know I won’t be using it due to fear of predatory reviews from this company.
Excessive Fees and Constant Problems
I just checked my newest statement and saw that I have a late fee. Odd because before my due date I checked how much I owed and it said that I didn’t have a payment due. Which I tend to make two payments a month on cards just because I don’t want to deal with late fees. For some reason no matter how many payments I make in a month this company still manages to charge me a late fee every month. I can have $0 due in app and I’ll still get a late fee. Don’t do business with them. They came in clutch for moving, but it’s been nonstop nightmares since.

It’s just okay
The interface isn’t the most technologically advanced. It takes a long time for them to actually pull your payments from your bank account, and there’s an extremely annoying popup every time you go into account management that you can’t opt-out of receiving to sign up for their high-fee purchase protection.
If they didn’t have that annoying pop up I would’ve overlooked the other stuff but it is truly THAT annoying.
This company is also extremely slow to report balances to the credit bureaus.

Good App
I haven't had any issues with this app. Making payments is quick and convenient and payments post quickly. The reason for the 4 stars is that I don't have the option to lock my card. I would love for you to add that feature to the app
Functional
Basically functional. It’s not an actual app, it takes you to an external webpage. Don’t open any Concora cards unless you absolutely have to.

So I had no credit and sometimes it worse
I was able to get one card to start and after 3 months ran into some money problems my credit score was at 535
They were willing to work with me and 2 years later o have a 667-673 score now

Predatory
I have held a full balance on three cards with this company. Over this time I have paid 25% and/or the minimum. Each time the available credit was shown available within three days. I decided to pay the full balance on all cards. They have frozen my credit for 14 days. They say it is to make sure that the funds are available. The money is gone from my bank account. They know the funds are good as they received payment in full.

Terrible UI
Terrible UI, unreadable and very hard to understand what does what. numbers don’t update and entries in the transaction page are appearing doubled. you get no message when a payment is initiated, successful, or failed and it’s playing roulette with your credit history. This is so bad I do not recommend this company at all.

This is THE worst app i have...Every time i open it i have to Re-Log in (unlike any other app i use, financial or otherwise)...ALL my other apps i can open and go right in to do whatever i need to do. PLEASE FIX/Modernize THIS‼️‼️‼️

Available credit is not readily visible. Links are not responsive. You have to tap several times to go back to previous screens. In essence, navigation is not smooth.

Predatory $250 annual fee
I gave it one star because Mika was helpful up to the point where I asked for some type of confirmation that we spoke and the account was canceled. She could not offer an email. She could not offer any confirmation number. I was just supposed to trust that they were gonna cancel this account. Sorry but stashing the $250 annual fee inside their terms and conditions. The fine print. Has me a little leery. What do I do? I have my son next to me and he is currently recording his game so I have a recite every single thing back to me that we spoke about. I let her know that I think the cancellation was recorded so I feel more comfortable. We finished the conversation with her telling me that I’m not allowed to record. I know this already. I wasn’t recording. 😉 screw me once shame on you

Needs to be fixed
You can’t sign in on the app.. it just spins and spins.. I go to the website and it no longer shows your available balance.. just terrible.. I use to love the website now it’s horrible.. They need to Fix it!
Ongoing Scam Calls after logging in.
In order to log in to their app or website.. we’re now forced to allow them to share our information.. literally with SCAMMERS!! - Right after, we then receive multiple ongoing scam calls.. so it’s more than obvious, but no other option for logging in.. it didn’t used to be like that until they changed the name and login. Now it’s TONS OF TOTAL SCAM CALLS! -

Very. Unreliable.
Set up auto payments. Saw my payment processing. Payment disappeared with no update to the account. Was worried about late payment so scheduled another. That one remained in my account until it processed. Then, was attempted to be charged for both payments, though I only saw the second one pending. This resulted in returned fee of $30 as I only put exact money into that account that I expect to have withdrawn. Absolutely ridiculous…. AVOID THIS PREDATORY CREDITOR AND THEIR LESS THAN SUBPAR APP. $30 return fees after a payment was made yet CANNOT invest in a DECENT app. PREDATORYYYYYY……

App doesn’t work
I was approved for a credit limit of $1,000 went to the app and unable to register my account not even a general registration without the card. Contacted customer service no help at all wrote a letter still no response. App won’t let me create account no matter what I do and no one has gotten back to me.

Issues
I couldn’t get past the verification process, it kept starting over and never completed the verification phase. I know this app will be helpful when this issue gets resolved.
Destiny shop now feature
What a ridiculous card to have to just get your credit to be rebuilt. Why even offer a virtual card that can’t be added to the Apple wallet. I contact them and they say it’s nothing on their end and it’s apples fault yet it isn’t. It’s the bank issuer.
Word of advice don’t, do not open an account with these guys. Horrible customer experience so far.
