Horrible App
I have never had so many issues trying to log into an app!!
It doesn’t save my password, it takes forever for the sms code come… to reset your password you have to put in the entire card number it’s just a hassle!
There’s no reason it should be this hard to log into an app.

Payment processing issues
I made a payment and I received a receipt from total and through cash app but for some reason it didn’t post on my account and I call customer service and they couldn’t find that payment I made. They refused to look into it they just kept asking for another payment
Okay card, high fees, app doesn’t work
In all honesty, the card isn’t THAT bad, it’s the fees and waiting period after paying with a debit card which really grinds my gears along with the app being non functional, developers pls fix. I hate going online to pay or having to call…
There is NO customer service
I received my card and activated it. Then I can’t use it because the phone system says that the card is not activated! BS! When I called the customer service number, they say that they can’t activate it without sending me a passcode. BS! I tell them no they can’t send me anything. I state I want to speak to a MANAGER and am told they don’t have one. Call centers are supposed to have MANAGEMENT available from the time it opens until the time it closes! I will just pay the card and put it away and not use it. WORSE CARD EVER!!!!!

Before Applying Beware
This credit card is not worth getting , so many hidden fees they charge you after reading the terms and conditions. You cannot dispute any fees after them telling you they can. Wouldn’t trust this company with your information at all. You can’t understand them whatsoever. Horrible card to get
