No matter what I do my password and username are apparently incorrect even though I know for a fact they are not and I screen reset my password and it still says it. Try to contact support and it says “contact mobile app

HORRIBLE SERVICE
I set up autopay over the phone this past December. Then i get a message today saying I missed a payment. I try logging in but the website and app are down. I call customer service and they say auto pay was never set up. Absolute garbage. Thanks for knocking down my credit score some more, jerks
One of the worst credit cards you can get
Do not accept the application this is the worst Credit card experience I’ve ever had. Customer service is very unhelpful and un knowledgeable. I was sent a zero dollar statement now I don’t have an account. This is definitely getting reported to the credit consumer.

10/10 don’t recommend they hold your payments effecting your credit score ! They don’t report your current balance accurately ! They charge you interest accrued charges & you ever go over your limit you can’t they put your payments on hold even after providing banking transaction as informed. They process your payment, make it available then exhaust it off your account in 3 days. Just don’t !
