Scam

Nothing but a scam paid payment fee sent card with wrong name now cant get card cause their system said it was fraud after affecting my credit score and waited on refund for 2 weeks just to be told it will be another 3 weeks before refund be processed again. I will go to a loan shark before using this company. Avoid at all cost.

App Sucks

App crashed conveniently in the middle of processing a payment!!! Better not be deducted twice from my bank account… If I do I am closing this small card

Janky App

The app only works when it wants to. Waiting on a code every single time to log in is annoying. Even after getting the code it takes you back to the code screen. You really need to update it and fix it.

Error

So I have the card and can login online but when I try to login on the app I get an error saying that my username or password is incorrect and I have changed my password 3 times now trying to fix this

I was happy I got approved .. Thank you. The app is HORRIBLE! It’s so slow and it’s basic as heck. None of the features work on there. Cmon First Access Card it’s 2026… update why don’t you? Also I was approved for $800 but when i received my card.. that’s not what was on the paper? Not happy.
