What is wrong
My online account is telling me I’m not a member and I have been doing business for 3 years
Terrible company
Don’t get this card! I got this card because I was in a Credit repair program and it was suggested to me unbeknownst to the Credit repair company that this company has ridiculous fees. They charge you $99 when you sign up then that same month they’ll charge your card another hundred dollars for Service fees. My credit limit was only $300 to begin with.

I am unhappy with the first access card. I received the card in March finally after waiting 15 days even after I paid for expedited card processing that was red flag number one. I used my card in retail stores and the grocery store, once I was almost at my limit I paid off my balance just to show a good payment history. The first payment was processed from one of my debit cards. When I used the card and made a second payment first access restricted my account and said they were making sure it wasn’t fraudulent payments what a joke I used the same card that I made the first payment with. When I called customer service gives me the runaround and tells me to submit my Bank statements showing the payments even though it said processed in my first access app. I sent them the March statement and the April transaction history and was told I needed to wait a month before they can unrestrict my account because they needed a statement for April news flash we are still in the month of April. In short I closed my account and will find a better company. Thumbs down first access.

Scam
Nothing but a scam paid payment fee sent card with wrong name now cant get card cause their system said it was fraud after affecting my credit score and waited on refund for 2 weeks just to be told it will be another 3 weeks before refund be processed again. I will go to a loan shark before using this company. Avoid at all cost.

App Sucks
App crashed conveniently in the middle of processing a payment!!! Better not be deducted twice from my bank account… If I do I am closing this small card
