Worst credit card ever- No credit
So I got this card, maybe five months ago. Had an activation fee of around $100 or so, paid that activated it and was supposed to have $400 of credit to start. Well from the very beginning, the app has always said ā$0 / $400 available creditā. For whatever reason, even after activating it and paying the activation fee, my card was never given any kind of credit. The app is essentially useless if you need help with something, especially with something like this. I canāt find customer service anywhere, completely given up on the card since, useless.

Avoid
Avoid this company for a credit card. I was told that they canceled my card and sent me a new one because itās their policy. I have yet to receive my card. I get no answers and hung up on with customer support my balance has now been bombarded with overdraft fees when I havenāt even been able to use it. Nothing but problems. If I could give zero stars, I would.

Great card for fixing my credit
Iāve had no problems with this card, even though it was a a little pricey at first, but it is definitely fixing my credit. Thank you.
Worst Company
Do not recommend for anyone. The app does not work well & has issues signing in. Issues with customer service when attempting to get basic info. David Ramos was the agent who hung up on me. Cancelled both my cards today when I found out there was an annual fee & a monthly maintenance fee.

Card sucks and app sucks. I regret having this card everytime i try to use it
Very easy to use
Im happy i wax approved for a credit card with this company. Very easy to use o line and in person in US and PR. Im using it wisely to increase my credit score. That mean I using it for my utilities and daily living expenses like gas and groceries etc. and then paying full every moth in my pay day.

This app does not allow me to close and I opened the app does not show up on my phone. Whatās going on with your website?

Making my payment on the website was easy and quick.
Horrible.
There are better companies. This one treats their customers terribly. Little transparency. Shady tactics. Hidden fees. App is not stable or transparent in processing. HIGHLY RECOMMEND GOING ELSEWHERE!!

I canāt log into my account despite the fact that Iām using the brand new username and password I created for the first time. The first time this occurred I thought maybe I made a mistake, so I reset my password, but the exact error message came up again āwrong username/password!ā

This works on a PC, but I canāt logon using the same credentials on your iPhone app.
