Cannot access account
I cannot access my membership through my own email as it is registered for my son for his swimming classes. I have to use my partners details to book my own classes

Joined Aberavon leisure centre,jan 3rd,was immediately felt welcomed by a lady on the front desk.Then went through with my membership this too was very pleasant feel very happy thanks
Spin
The spin classes in Pontardawe are amazing, great music and so motivational, you don’t notice how hard you are actually working. Please could Aberavon do spin classes like this.
Unable to book anything
Every time I go to book something, the page shuts itself off. Have deleted and re-downloaded, but still nothing. When it does work, it’s great, but it’s been months. A lot bugs need sorting :)
Can’t book anything.
I follow the ‘reset password’ but it never sends me an email back. Friends are also having difficulty booking swim sessions with it.

Don’t bother, doesn’t work at all. Wasted hours, should have picked up the phone in the first place.
Really poor.
This app is very very confusing, I am unable to book a swimming lane slot as when I click checkout it says cart empty. The app is also very glitchy. Extremely disappointed!
Unable to book swimming session
I am unable to book a swimming session on this app, it won’t accept my credit card. I’ve informed Celtic Leisure of the fault but nothing has changed.
Vale of Neath
Cannot use it to book anything in the vale of Neath leisure Center
Won’t pick up all leisure centres
The app won’t pick up all Celtic leisure centres, so unable to use it to make online bookings for Vale of Neath.

Really disappointing that aberavon have removed the option to book a court online isn’t this the whole point of an app and digitalisation I now have to ring which is difficult to find time! I am a gold member and only pay membership for badminton - not happy!

After the update. Can’t check if a squash court is booked or not. Before update I could check what time slots and days that were available Found it not user friendly anymore. Stopped going to Celtic leisure due to fact that I’ve got to phone now and check availability
Could be fab
Brilliant idea and would be great if worked, but every week I book and pay by PayPal and every week it doesn't register that I've paid. after a few days the app shows me as not booked so every week I have to ring to check I am booked on. when I ring they have me booked and paid or I have to show the staff my email from PayPal confirming i've paid....pointless
