Bad app
The camera isn’t too bad and I like it for the most part but because the app is bad I have to reset it often. Plus there’s no easy way to get help so hopefully you’re a patient problem solver otherwise probably buy from a different company 💞
Scam app is stealing with no way to cancel subscription
They blocked my camera’s ability to use the cloud storage, and then also removed the ability to cancel the monthly cloud subscription charge. The in-app feedback/customer service does nothing. So I have a camera that cannot save any pictures or videos (making it useless for keeping track of my pets’ safety), and I am being charged monthly with no way to cancel provided by the company that sold me the subscription. Pretty sure that’s illegal, and it definitely makes this a terrible scam company.

Will not connect, cannot login, cannot reset password
The device worked for a few months. Now I cannot login via the app. The app also blocks resetting the password - it will not send the verification code and crashes in an infinite loop.
Since I cannot login, I cannot use the device. I can’t see the camera and I cannot tell it to dispense treats.
Do NOT buy this device. Period. They have zero phone numbers to call, they do not respond to the online chat, they do not reply to email. This is an organization simply stealing money for a device that doesn’t work.

Garbage
Motion detection recording doesn’t work. Also, the camera just says “connecting, please wait” when trying to enter but never works. The FAQ on the app aren’t legible, broken English.

QR code not working
Could not scan QR code with device. Tried multiple times over multiple months not working! I also tried the smart life app but did not work for me either! Is the camera broken on the device? Very annoyed with this purchase and lack of help with trouble shooting! The AP connection did not work either…

Horrible
I was super happy once I got it to connect while we were home, then next day went to work it wouldn’t connect, for no known reason it finally did connect but that was the one and only time, since then we have not been able to connect!
I tried the feed back button on the app, and it doesn’t work. Tried to email cannot get any way to troubleshoot this! Went to developers website, non-existent!!! I will be returning this sadly. I really wanted it to work

Could not setup or scan QR code
Spent hours trying to connect the pet feeder to my wifi via the QR code and also the alternative AP hotspot to no avail. Finally found a comment on a YouTube video (for another issue) which mentioned another APP called SmartLife. 5 minutes later I was connected to the feeder and fully operational. Consider using SmartLife app instead if you have issues. Thanks

Won’t connect
It was connected at first but disconnected when I got about an hour away from the house. Won’t reconnect without my phone on the same network. Totally defeated the purpose. Amazon return!

App doesn’t connect to the device
This thing is terrible. Screen shot during the setup doesn't show model numbers. The box the unit comes in shows model number but doesnt match the app. Also, once the unit reads the q r code and then announces connection successful. At that point the app fails to connect to the unit. Tried both q r code and ap mode and neither works. Wasted hours.
