Doesn’t work

The app no longer updates the diffuser so there’s no point in spending the money on a “smart” device.

The app makes this machine useless

The app for the machine does not work at all. It doesn’t save changes to the schedule and it constantly disconnects from Bluetooth. It makes the machine useless and a paperweight. I don’t recommend this product/app and if you are on the fence, return ASAP.

The device is great. But this app needs work. Nothing saves right. U make changes and nothing works. I can’t use the device because the app is in such bad shape.

Worthless

Schedules don’t save. Every time you open the app, it’s basically like setting up a new account. Absolute trash.
I bought a magic diffuser and that thing works like a charm AND connects to Bluetooth and WiFi so I can control away from home (plus has great Disney inspired scents).
Save your money and invest in the real deal, not this knockoff piece of junk. I’ll be returning the diffuser asap.
