Does Not save schedules
You would think that since everyone is complaining about the same thing, they would fix it....
This is terrible
This app stopped working and so did the diffuser. Refuses to connect, app is terrible. Product itself is great but this app makes you wanna return it. My advice: keep looking, there’s better options with less stress. I’ve had this thing for 6 months now the problems just started occurring so beware.

Absolute Garbage
The mobile app might be the reason this unit gets sent back. It will not save the schedules that I create. I cannot get it to save a schedule for weekdays, when we’re not at home as much, and weekends, when we’re spending more time at home. I create and save, only to have the unit to operate when it shouldn’t. Go back and look at the schedule and it’s totally different than the one I saved.

Major overhaul
The app needs a major overhaul. It is not very intuitive to use. They should take note of other competitors apps like Pura. I suggest they pay an app developer to bring this app from 2000 to 2026 standards. The Aromadd system is great, but the app brings the product from a 5 star to a 2.
Set up an issue
Just got the diffuser and trying to register for the app without any luck. It won’t let me past the registration page so I have no idea if it works or not. Any help would be appreciated
