App is Amazing
Unit holds to AC very well just have to press hard and hold. Reset bottle by pressing valve inside bottle mouth, chat support was key in assistance
Latest Update locked out
Latest update to the app and it will not allow an existing account login. The app simply presents the interface to set up a brand new account. If I try that, it says my previous email account phone number already use not unique. Please help I’m locked out of the app. My fluid has expired and I cannot add a new one because I can’t log into the stupid app or the account. Thank you.

Bad IoT
A device that REQUIRES Internet access? I have to use an app to scan every single bottle just so the device works? I have to create an account just to use a simple device that dispenses a solution into s drain line? No thank you. This is way too aggressive and a VERY bad/dangerous practice.
App no working
After having installed for over a year my app is non responsive and when I open it’s prompting me to create an account as if I’m a new user. FIX IT
Device is great, app sucks.
You can’t change the dispense schedule. So if you delayed changing the cartridge and need to dispense solution immediately thinking the schedule will auto adjust, it won’t do that nor will it allow you to.
