The new app is supposedly aimed at accessing Cenomi services and increasing the company's profitability, yet there is no way to communicate with the company to submit requests or report issues. The provided email does not work and returns an error message. Furthermore, the coupons and discounts are unrecognized by service providers at the malls; I presented a discount coupon to one of the stores, and the store management said they had no knowledge of it. In addition to all this, there is no practical way to use the accumulated points. It appears to be an attempt, but it was launched before the company had a ready customer service team.

البرنامج حلو في فكرة تجميع النقاط بس اني اجمع الفواتير واصورها حيل مشوار ليه ماتحطون باركود لما اجي احاسب احطه وتنحسب لي النقاط تلقائي بعد ما ادفع او حتى يكون برقم الجوال المربوط بالحساب

They asked to download the app and complete the profile (before 31 Aug) so I get a free cinema ticket. I did everything and saw the offer in the app but no ticket coupon is offered !!!
