Very disappointing and unprofessional service
I then reached out to customer service, but they were not helpful at all. I explained that I had guests coming over at night and needed someone to come immediately, but they were not attentive to my complaint and did not offer a real solution. They kept repeating that there was another appointment available at 7:00 PM, which was not what I needed or asked for.
The situation was handled very poorly. There was no effort to solve the issue. I felt like my complaint was not being listened to. This experience was extremely frustrating, and I will not be using this application again.
حجزت موعد تنظيف من التطبيق الصباح، واخترت موعد الساعة ٤ العصر لأنه كان ظاهر كموعد متاح. جاء وقت الموعد وما وصل أحد. تواصلت مع العاملة نفسها، وقالت لي إنها أصلًا ما كانت تدري عن الحجز لأن الشركة ما تواصلت معها.
بعدها كلمت خدمة العملاء وشرحت لهم المشكلة، خصوصًا إن عندي ضيوف بالليل وكنت أحتاج أحد يجي بنفس الوقت أو بأسرع وقت ممكن. للأسف ما كان فيه أي تجاوب فعلي أو محاولة لحل المشكلة. كانوا يكررون عليّ إن فيه موعد متاح الساعة ٧، وهذا مو الحل اللي طلبته ولا يناسب وضعي.
حسّيت إن الشكوى ما انسمعت، ولا كان فيه اهتمام أو دعم حقيقي. المشكلة كانت من سوء التنسيق بين التطبيق والعاملة، ومع ذلك ما حاولوا يعوضونني أو يوفرون بديل مناسب. تجربة جدًا مزعجة، وما راح أستخدم التطبيق مرة ثانية

Nobody Arrived to the Appointment - twice!
The appointment was rescheduled and again they were late. Again I called to ask, and was told the driver had an issue.
No one bothered to call or inform me ahead of time, they waited for me to call and had nothing to offer but unconvincing excuses.
